Poker Night Calculator ("the App") is a free utility for tracking poker home game buy-ins, chip counts, and settlement transfers. Your privacy matters to us.
The App collects only the data you voluntarily provide:
We do not collect emails, passwords, phone numbers, payment information, location data, or any device identifiers.
Group and game data is stored on Upstash Redis, a cloud database service. Data is stored in encrypted-at-rest databases. Local preferences (such as your active group code) are stored in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted.
Your data is used solely to:
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or profiling.
Game history is retained indefinitely while a group is active. Groups that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be automatically deleted to manage storage.
You can delete all your group data at any time:
Deletion is immediate (for in-app requests) and irreversible. Local data stored on your device (localStorage) can be cleared through your browser or by uninstalling the App.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Poker Night Calculator is a settlement calculator and tracking tool. It does not facilitate, host, or enable gambling. No real money transactions occur through the App. It is designed for tracking informal home games among friends.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
